Australian wheat producing farm land investment with 12,9% yields per annum

The investment product on offer is 14 HA of profesionally managed wheat producing farm land for a minimum investment of £10 000.00 GBP/ 11,983.51 EUR/ $14,826.00 USD/, over an eight year term, concluding with the sale of the land in 8 years, at the market value at the time, when investors will receive the direct proceeds (100%) from the sale of their piece of land. The land however can be sold at any time during the contract, but privately. During the 8 year period, investors will receive an annual income of 70% of the net crop revenue, which depending on the crop prices is expected to be in the region of 12-14% of the investment contribution.


This is a conservative estimate however, prices look set to rise on the back of recent contracts with regard to Australia supplying both India and China with Wheat. This investment has now been fully approved by Life Time SIPPS and Pointon York (http://www.sippsolutions.com/) so an alternative would be to look at setting up a SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) through a recommended IFA. This would release a sum of money from your non performing pension fund to invest in something that is tangible and offers an average return of 12-14% pa, instead of the average 3-4% from a fund. The demand for these farms are at their highest due to a recent announcement about China becoming the growth market for Australian wheat .
